The Roslyn National Bank and Trust Company was originally call the Bank of Hempstead Harbor organized on January 19, 1906. It was originally located of the corner of Old Northern Boulevard and East Broadway sharing a large commercial building with the Roslyn Saving Bank. It moved to its new location in November 1931.
This bank's headquarters was designed by architect William Bunker Tubby. It is a one-story, rectangular brick building with a flat roof in a modified Classical Revival style. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
In the 1960s, the building was the offices of the Nassau Tuberculosis and Health Association. Until 2019, the building housed Tyrone's Men's Clothing Store.
